EASTER HAT PARADE

31 Mar 2021

A reminder the Easter Hat Parade will be held tomorrow - Thursday 1 April at 1:30pm.

Parents / Carers please remember to sign in via the QR Code and sign the paper "School Sign In Sheet" at each gate.  Please also remember to socially distance as much as possible.  You will be able to view the parade from the hall COLA, outside the canteen or on the artificial grass area - ensuring you stand behind the students.

We look forward to seeing you all there.

CROSS COUNTRY - TOMORROW

Parents and Carers,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the WPPS Cross Country Carnival.

The carnival will begin at 9:30am on the school oval. Students are asked to wear their sport uniform or house colours. 

We are hoping to conclude the carnival at recess - 1:50pm.

Hot dog lunch orders will be distributed in classes throughout the carnival. Those students who have not ordered, will need to bring a packed lunch.

As COVID restrictions have changed, we are delighted to inform you that spectators are allowed to attend our carnival. Upon your arrival, all visitors to the school will be required to sign in via the QR code & paper booklet. These will be located at Diana, Tristania & Apollo gates. As per our COVID Safe Plan, spectators are expected to keep a 1.5m distance between one another. To allow for this space, spectators are allowed to watch from the sides of the oval and in the oval COLA.

Please allow for plenty of time to sign in before the carnival as this is compulsory to come onto school grounds.

Tell Them From Me Survey

Dear Parents and Carers,

This year we will be participating in the Tell Them From Me survey again. Next term, Years 4-6 will be completing the student survey during their technology lesson in week 1. If you do not want your child to participate in the survey, please fill in the opt out form found on the school website under 'Permission notes and forms' and return it to the office by Thursday 1 April.

The school cross country will be held on Tuesday 30 March. We have the following meal deals available:

• 1 Hotdog and a Chill J Sparkling Fruit Juice Drink (or Water) $5.50
• 1 Vegetarian Hotdog and a Chill J Sparkling Fruit Juice Drink (or Water) $7.00
• 2 Hotdogs and a Chill J Sparkling Fruit Juice Drink (or Water) $8.00
• 2 Vegetarian Hotdogs and a Chill J Sparkling Fruit Juice Drink (or Water) $9.50

End of term sausage sizzle

The end of term sausage sizzle will be on Thursday 1 April. 

• 1 Sausage Sandwich and a Juice: $5.00

RIDE 2 SCHOOL DAY - POSTPONED
